1. What is the lead time for my order?

As all our items are made to order, please give us 4-7 business days to process your order & get it shipped out to you.

2. What are the items that require a longer time?

If you have ordered chews, or cod fish sprinkles, do expect a longer lead time as they require a longer dehydration time so that it is safe for your pup to consume. Chews like bully sticks, duck necks and kangaroo tails take at least 48 hours.

3. Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes we do party favors for birthday parties/corporate events as well. Do drop us a message on Instagram @sayhoy.co or email us at sayhoy.co@gmail.com so that we can discuss the details.

Storage

1. How should i store the treats/chews?

Keep refrigerated if unopened. dehydrated treats are best consumed within 4 months from date of manufacture, except for all seafood treats, chews, and sprinkles which is 1 month from date of manufacture.

Baked treats are best consumed within 1 month from date of manufacture.

*If you have ordered any seafood treats or sprinkles, please keep it in the fridge immediately upon receiving it even though you have not opened it.

2. How should i store your frozen items?

Frutti tubbies should be kept frozen unless during consumption. They are best consumed within 6 months from date of manufacture.

Ready-to-eat items should be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 4 months, until ready for consumption. Throw in the chiller overnight before feeding the next day. Feed as is, or reheat before feeding (not necessary). Use all leftovers within 48 hours of thawing. DO NOT refreeze once thawed.
